We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the bed linen changed regularly and the room in the bungalow beautifully maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a swimming pool and plenty of sun beds for us to relax on. The location was perfect, as it was really close to the historical park, allowing us to easily visit it by hiring bicycles from the hotel. The breakfast served was speedy, generous, and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Great place to stay in Old Sukhothai. Nice swimming pool, great room, breakfast ok. We liked the location, close to the ricefields. Very relaxing. Nice owner with good advice how to explore the surroundings. Sunbeds could have some painting, but we didn't care.

Great Thai breakfast fayre. Lovely tropical garden. Great swimming pool. Good quality rooms.
I had forewarned the hotel when booking that I would be arriving around midnight. Besides their details said they had 24 hour reception but when I got there the hotel gates were locked up and there wasn't even a bell one could ring. I ended up yelling at the top of my voice for ten minutes until I stirred a member of staff. The hotel details also said they had bikes to hire. They didn't! There were bikes to hire a good fifteen minute walk away.

Close to the historic park. The owner rents bycicles so You are in a few minutes at the amazing temples. For this price a very good choice.
There are few things You can do when it rains as it did when we were there.

The 'resort' was close to the historic town, and the birds and scenery around the bungalows was fun. (Although the animals were very loud at night...) The breakfast was fine.
The bed was very hard and not clean. We have experience with hard beds in Thailand, but this was really bad. It was like sleeping on a wooden plank with only 1 cm of fabric in between. We slept really bad because of it. Secondly, the bed wasn't clean! The pillows were very dirty and greasy. Also the sheets didn't feel clean, they had orange stains and one large grease stain. Dirty! Also the birds and other animals that are held on the property are very loud (at night). It was like animals were biting and scratching to the bungalow, and the birds wake you up all the time. It was also sad to see so many birds held in really small cages...

We stayed at a small guesthouse during Christmas that had a great pool. the breakfast was included in the price and it was delicious! the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main attractions. We also enjoyed the option of renting bikes to explore the area.
Our bungalow was not as clean as we expected, and the bed was uncomfortable.

A lovely, beautiful place to relax by the pool, take in the fantastic gardens or chat with the delightful Italian owner. Paolo gives great advice on local sightseeing and serves an incredible breakfast!

The guest house garden and pool is really nice and green and provides a relaxed atmosphere.
When we arrived, we were shown to our family bungalow. On the pillows there were spiderwebs that had fallen down from the roof, where there were even more. Since the place is in a rural environment, I wasn´t too bothered at first, however when we asked for having it cleaned and then everything was still as before, after the maid had left again, we weren´t too happy. Also, the owner Paolo was giving tips on the area, however still seemed somewhat grumpy to us. Last but not least, the beds/matresses were really hard and uncomfortable.
